IBM in the Philippines strategically expanded its services portfolio—becoming IBM’s 2nd largest global delivery location in the world. In 2007 and 2008 alone, IBM invested hugely in several new facilities, namely:
- IBM Daksh – Two CRM centers in Edsa Central, Mandaluyong City and the other one located in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
- IBM Business Services – A recruitment center in IBM Plaza and another office & delivery center in 1800 Building, Eastwood City, Quezon City.
- IBM Solutions Delivery – ISD grew 200% in 2007 in terms of manpower and opened up two more office spaces in IBM Plaza.
- IBM Philippines – opened Sales & Distribution office at the Asia Town IT Park in Lahug, Cebu City.
