The Green Valley College Foundation, Inc. is one of the most dynamic learning institution in the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato. Since its foundation in 1995, the institution has proactively offered quality educational and training programs at a cost that can be afforded by the majority.
Part of GVCFI's advocacy is to bring technology and entrepreneurship at the forefront of education. This meant actively seeking opportunities for its students to be exposed to human and engineering innovations as well as in businesses.
This year, the institution has just recently concluded a successful tie-up with an international organization, the Association of Training Institutions for Foreign Trade in Asia and the Pacific, to bring to Mindanao the first Global Business Conference Mindanao. The event became hugely successful because of the support of the academe and businessmen.
GVCFI embarks on another milestone as it brings to Mindanao the 1st Mindanao Technology Summit which will feature the biggest names in the ICT industry here in the Philippines and worldwide. Such feat could only be accomplished through a strong linkage between the institution and the industry with the support of the other academic and training institutions, government units, and SME owners.
